Old Scofield Study Bible Pocket Edition

This is the fourth pocket edition that I have. the other three include 1 NKJV in the same binding and cover and 2 KJVs in the other vynyl binding. I bought this one for the binding and cover. I have found that the NKJV has a typo to a link at Revelation 6: 1-7. The link refers back to Ez.1:5 to describe the living creatures. That actual link in the NKJV is at Ez. 1:22. I have corrected the typo with a crossout and ink over. The KJV edition does not have the typo and is correct. This typo should be corrected at any future printings. The two KJVs that I have in the vynyl binding chip and crack, hence my purchase of this binding. I don't use the vinyl covered KJVs for this reason. Now, I have two in this bonded leather binding, NKJV and KJV which suit my purposes just fine. This binding and cover is a better binding that doesn't show any signs of wear as readily nor as quickly in use.

    Surprisingly good!

I've always preferred the typeface of the original Scofields for its clarity and readability, but this is just as good if not better. Despite being a smaller size, it is very clear, with crisp white paper for background, and very easy to read. Plus, it's a pocket Bible and easy to carry wherever one goes.. Recommended without hesitation. Delighted!
