Each counseling guide covers topics such as anger, forgiveness, self-injury and others. They are short bible studies, designed to be used by a pastor, counselor or individual to help with various problems of living. They are strictly biblically based with no integration of any humanistic ideas or concepts.
They have been used greatly by the Lord over the past 10+ years. These guides are especially refreshing as not many such guides use the KJV Bible. They are practical and easy to use as homework for those who are being counseled.
The overall purpose of these counseling guide booklets is to provide a Biblical counseling tool to assist those within the body of the local New Testament Baptist Church under the oversight of the pastor of the local church. It is our intent that the pastor will be involved in all counseling within that local church body. The counseling guide booklets were designed as homework for the counselee under the guidance of the pastor or counselor, and they may also be useful as a discipleship series.
