Do not confuse Roman Catholic History with Church History. There is a difference.

This first book in the series is the most comprehensive non-catholic, non-protestant, church history ever written. It encompasses more countries, movements, and detailed information from the middle ages than other historical works of its kind.

From Jerusalem To You is an intellectually honest look at church history using four �Keys� described in detail in the work. If the version of church history that most denominations of the 21st Century tell is accurate, then Jesus Christ was a total failure.

When I began preparing a Church History course for my students in Novosibirsk, Russia, I was once again frustrated with the histories at my disposal. The content in these 10 books was unorganized, unfocused, or almost in every case over focused upon the Reformation period. Even more disconcerting was the way these authors glossed over centuries of Christianity between A.D. 400 to 1200.

Adding insult to injury, if the Version of Church History that most denominations of the 21st Century tell is accurate, then Jesus Christ was a total failure. Their writings show how He failed to pass on His teachings effectively. In His name more people have been beheaded, burned, raped, tortured and repressed than in any other name in history. It is ugly to write and shameful to admit, but it is the truth.

Thankfully after several years of diligent research I discovered that the accepted version of Church History is the history of the Wolves, not the sheep. As a Christian I had to be intellectually honest and admit that because of the accepted Version of Church History who can blame an Atheist or Agnostic for rejecting the idea of a personal God that can change peoples lives?

It is time that people had a chance to read about real churches filled with genuine Christians just like those from 2,000 years ago. When ancient writings are examined without prejudice, they reveal the fact that the Catholic Church played a major role in shaping life in Europe, especially during the "Dark Ages". Even modern Catholic historians and Popes painfully acknowledge these recorded facts of history.
